Versatile Creation Hiring! Full Time Production Manager in Kedah, Earn up to MYR 22,000 - Ricebowl

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead production operations to achieve targets in throughput, quality, cost, and delivery performance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
• Monitor production performance, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Manage resources including manpower, materials, and equipment utilisation.
• Support new equipment purchase, installation, qualification, and production ramp-up activities.
• Ensure process standardisation, compliance with specifications, and stable production performance.
• Support new material, chemistry, and process qualification activities.
• Manage production budgets and ensure execution within approved timelines and costs.
• Lead and develop production teams while ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 11–15 years of experience in IC Substrate, HDI-PCB, Assembly, or IC Packaging industries.
• Strong experience in semiconductor manufacturing production management.
• Proven leadership skills with ability to manage teams and drive improvements.
• Good understanding of production processes, equipment qualification, and ramp-up activities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging manufacturing environment.

Pay: RM18,000.00 - RM22,000.00 per month
