You will deliver products on a scheduled route, process customer orders and payments accurately, manage returns, and maintain professional customer relationships while ensuring vehicle upkeep and safe handling of goods.

Job Description:

• Follow the route schedule to complete daily delivery duties efficiently
• Process customer orders accurately and collect payments with proper documentation
• Build and maintain customer relationships to understand needs and promote products effectively
• Manage customer returns by ensuring proper processing and documentation
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when addressing customer concerns promptly
• Prepare, load, and unload items to and from the vehicle efficiently and accurately
• Handle all products with care to prevent damage during loading, transit, and unloading
• Perform basic van maintenance tasks such as checking tire pressure, gas, and oil levels to ensure vehicle safety and report any issues promptly
  
  Requirement:

• Hold a valid Singapore LTA-issued Class 3 Driving License
• Basic English Literacy to communicate with clients
• Tech Savvy
