Customer Engagement Executive

Location: Setapak, Kuala Lumpur

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday–Friday)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telemarketer in Setapak. This role involves engaging with customers over the phone, promoting products or services, and providing excellent customer support.

Requirements :-

Education:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification in any related field.

Experience:

• No experience & Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training will be provided).
• Experienced in telemarketing or customer service is advantage.

Skills:

• Strong communication and persuasive skills (English & Bahasa Malaysia).
• Confident speaking over the phone with a positive, professional tone.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office / Excel).
• Able to handle rejection and maintain a positive mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
