Job Summary

The Regulatory Affairs Executive is responsible for managing product registration, regulatory documentation, and compliance activities to ensure all products meet Malaysian and overseas regulatory requirements. This role liaises with relevant authorities and external parties, supports import approval processes for international products, monitors regulatory updates, and provides regulatory guidance to internal teams to ensure smooth, compliant product launches and marketing activities.

Responsibilities

1. Handle local product registration and notification with relevant authorities, ensuring compliance with Malaysian regulations.
2. Prepare and maintain regulatory documents such as certificates, test reports, labels, claims, and product manuals.
3. Support import approval for overseas products, including coordination with suppliers and logistics partners.
4.  Liaise with regulatory authorities and external parties on submissions, inquiries, and compliance matters.
5. Monitor regulatory updates and advise internal teams on compliance requirements.
6. Provide regulatory support to product, marketing, and sales teams for compliant product launches and promotions.
7. Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior as required.

Qualifications

1. Strong knowledge of Malaysian regulatory requirements and product registration processes
2. Ability to prepare, review, and maintain regulatory documentation such as labels, certificates, and test reports.
3. Good understanding of compliance requirements for imported and overseas products.
4. Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle regulatory challenges efficiently.
5. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range

RM 4,000 - RM5,500
