Primary Responsibility: Development and maintenance of BIM models.

Job Scope:

• Create and update discipline-specific BIM models.

• Produce shop drawings from BIM models.

• Ensure model accuracy and completeness.

• Incorporate design revisions.

• Support clash detection exercises.

• Extract quantities and schedules when required.

• Maintain model data and documentation.

• Coordinate with BIM Coordinator and site team.

Requirements:

•  Certificate or relevant qualification in BIM, Revit, AutoCAD, or a related discipline.

•  Minimum 4 years of relevant experience as a BIM Modeller in Singapore construction projects.

•  Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD.
