Responsibilities
We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Project Administration Executive / Project Coordinator to join our engineering and operations team.
This role is ideal for candidates with experience in project coordination, site supervision, or engineering project administration.
Job Responsibilities
Coordinate and support daily project administration and execution.
Prepare and monitor project schedules and work progress.
Manage project documentation, including Project Files, Scope of Supply, Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders, Equipment Hiring and Subcontractor Documents.
Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Personnel, Subcontractors, Suppliers and other stakeholders.
Assist the Operations Manager with project progress reports, assessments and statistics.
Monitor project schedules and follow up on project-related matters.
Prepare professional reports, documentation and email correspondence.
Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced project environment.
Job Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Project Coordination, Project Administration or Site Supervision.
Basic AutoCAD knowledge.
Able to understand and review engineering/project documents.
Possess a valid Singapore Driving Licence.
Possession of relevant workplace safety certifications will be an advantage.
Strong coordination, communication and multitasking skills.
Good written English and report-writing skills.
