Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot textile manufacturing machinery and equipment to ensure reliable and efficient factory operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine inspection, servicing, and maintenance of textile machinery.
Diagnose and repair mechanical and operational faults.
Maintain sewing machines, cutting machines, pressing equipment, and other textile machinery.
Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
Replace worn or defective machine components.
Adjust and calibrate machinery for proper operation.
Respond to machine breakdowns and carry out necessary repairs.
Maintain records of maintenance, repairs, and replacement parts.
Ensure machinery is operated and maintained in accordance with safety procedures.
