This role is for you if you… - Enjoy breaking down complexity - Care about how things look as much as how they work - Take pride in going above and beyond, not just ‘getting things done’ - Believe every detail matters - Stay curious: always looking for new ideas and creative ways to push your craft What you will be doing - Plan and execute end-to-end user research independently, choosing the methods that best fit each project’s scope - Synthesise research and design data into frameworks such as personas, journey maps, and opportunity areas, and present insights clearly to stakeholders - Build high-fidelity, interactive prototypes with realistic and purposeful interactions, and design visually strong, cohesive, and scalable interfaces that enhance usability, - Create and maintain reusable pattern libraries, and keep interactions aligned with the broader design system - Apply platform standards and UX best practices systematically, including heuristic evaluations for websites and simple enterprise systems - Plan and manage day-to-day project activities with minimal supervision, and track UX deliverables against timelines - Allocate tasks, balance workload across the team, and facilitate retrospectives to keep everyone aligned - Review junior designers’ work and give clear, constructive feedback to help them grow - Communicate design rationale clearly to both business and technical stakeholders - Receive and act on feedback with a growth mindset - Stay updated with design trends and bring fresh thinking into your work - Opportunity to take part in design initiatives, from sharing inspiration to helping us “hack the wall” and rebuild better ways of working Qualifications You should apply if you have… - 6+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a portfolio that shows experience planning and running user research and workshops with minimal guidance - Strong skills synthesising research into frameworks like personas and journey maps, and presenting insights that translate into clear design decisions - Solid visual design craft and experience managing a design system for enterprise systems - Advanced prototyping and interaction design skills, including motion design, for desktop and mobile platforms - Working knowledge of usability heuristics and accessibility standards, and experience conducting heuristic evaluations - Experience managing project timelines, allocating tasks, and coordinating stakeholders If you’re passionate about crafting meaningful, beautiful experiences — and want to grow with a team that designs with heart and a belief that great design is made with purpose — we’d love to hear from you.
