About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Platform Engineer / Solution Engineer to join our fast-growing technical services team. In this high-impact role, you will be at the forefront of driving Infrastructure Automation and AI Application Integration—designing, automating, and implementing enterprise-grade cloud-native platforms, automated workflows, modern API architectures, and AI-enabled software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Infrastructure & Workflow Automation (IaC): Architect and execute end-to-end IT automation using Ansible Playbooks/AWX and Terraform to streamline infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and hybrid multi-cloud operations.

• AI Application & Platform Integration: Design, deploy, and support AI infrastructure and middleware—integrating Generative AI APIs, LLM services, RAG pipelines, and security guardrails into enterprise software architectures.

• Container & Platform Engineering: Provide technical design, deployment, configuration, and day-to-day management of enterprise Kubernetes clusters (e.g., Red Hat OpenShift, VMware Tanzu, upstream K8s).

• API Gateway & Integration Architecture: Administer and operationalize API Gateways to secure, expose, and manage traffic between backend infrastructure, microservices, and AI model endpoints.

• Full-Stack & Solution Delivery: Deliver end-to-end system integrations and backend application components, collaborating with cross-functional technical teams to deliver resilient, high-availability architectures aligned with enterprise best practices.

Key Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience: Preferably 2 years of hands-on IT experience as a DevOps/Platform Engineer, Infrastructure Automation Engineer, or Systems Integrator.

• Core Technical Mastery:

  • Infrastructure Automation: Strong proficiency with Ansible and Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automated deployment pipelines, and IT process orchestration.

  • AI & API Integration: Proven hands-on experience integrating RESTful APIs, microservices, and AI/LLM platform components into existing enterprise application stacks.

  • Container Orchestration: Solid working knowledge and hands-on operational experience with Kubernetes (OpenShift, Tanzu, or upstream K8s).

Nice to Have (Added Advantage)

• Experience with full-stack application development using Python or Node.js to build custom automation scripts, API adapters, or AI wrappers.

• Hands-on experience with AI guardrails, model deployment frameworks, Vector Databases, or DevSecOps automation.

• Exposure to public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and database platforms (PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL).

• Previous experience in pre-sales technical support, Proof-of-Concept (POC) execution, and technical solution demonstrations for stakeholders or enterprise clients.
