Job Description
Responsibilities
The eCommerce Fulfilment Assistant supports the day-to-day eCommerce fulfilment operations by handling order picking, packing, inventory support, courier dispatch, and warehouse-related activities to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment across all online sales channels.
Key Responsibilities
eCommerce Fulfilment
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for delivery and courier dispatch.
Ensure order accuracy and maintain high standards of packaging and presentation.
Generate invoices and prepare shipping documents.
Coordinate with courier partners to ensure timely collection and delivery of parcels.
Assist with order sorting, packing, labelling, and dispatch activities.
Support the production of daily short-form video content and phototaking for eCommerce and social media platforms.
Assist with livestream preparations, product handling, and other ad hoc eCommerce operational tasks.
Inventory Support
Monitor stock levels and report low inventory for replenishment.
Organise and maintain inventory storage areas to ensure operational efficiency.
Perform daily RFID inventory scans and stock verification.
Conduct weekly physical stock counts and assist with inventory reconciliation.
Support stock receiving, stock arrangement, and inventory movement activities.
Ensure inventory records are accurate and discrepancies are reported promptly.
Requirements
Minimum GCE N/O Level or equivalent qualification.
Prior experience in fulfilment, warehouse, logistics, or retail operations is an advantage.
Able to handle physical work and stand for extended periods.
Basic computer literacy and ability to use fulfilment or inventory systems.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Mandatory Saturday work on a weekly basis and additional support during campaigns and peak operational periods will be required over the weekends.
