Job Description

REQUIREMENT :

-Candidate must be able to work at Puncak Alam and Kelana Jaya, SELANGOR construction sites.

-Minimum experience 1 year and above.

-Must possess a Diploma / Degree in Engineering, Civil/ Construction/Structural or equivalent

-Communicating with team members, sub-contractors, main-contractors and other related parties.

-To supervisor construction daily activities progress according to deadline.

-Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.

-To planning, monitor & coordinate of sub-contractors and other trades construction works.

-Educating site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol.

-Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries.

-Ensure all material use and works are carried out in accordance to the contract requirements, drawing, project time schedule.

-Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee / workers attendance.

-Evaluating the performance of construction workers and instituting disciplinary measure as needed.

-Manage on site work progress, work schedule, work quality and document management, site meeting, sub-contractor progress claim status.

-Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.

-Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia and English.
