The incumbent is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the hospital. Key responsibilities include:

• Planning and managing financial operations: This involves budgeting, forecasting, auditing, and internal control systems.
• Developing financial strategies: This includes forecasting capital, facilities, and staff requirements, identifying monetary resources, and developing action plans.
• Monitoring financial performance: This involves measuring and analyzing results, initiating corrective actions, and minimizing the impact of variances.
• Ensuring compliance: This includes studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.
• Preparing financial reports: This involves collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
• Managing relationships with insurance providers: This includes negotiating contracts and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to assess business performance, allocate resources, and develop policies.
• Implementing patient services programs: This aims to enhance revenue generation.
• Staying updated with advancements in healthcare finance: This involves implementing new strategies for the financial betterment of the organization. 1
• The ideal candidate for this role should have a strong background in healthcare finance, a deep understanding of financial laws and regulations in the healthcare industry, and excellent problem-solving

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
