Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Respond to customer and distributor enquiries via phone and email.
• Provide accurate information regarding banking products and services.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve complex cases.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the Team Leader when necessary.
• Maintain high service quality and meet individual KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and banking service standards.

Requirements

• Must be able to read, write, and speak Mandarin fluently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
