Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field (preferred) OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proven experience in a manufacturing supervisory role, with a strong understanding of production processes and techniques.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.
Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures, with a commitment to creating a safe work environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and manufacturing software systems.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
