As a Clinic Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth daily operation of the clinic and providing quality service to patients. Your responsibilities include:

• Register, receive, and assist patients during their clinic visits.
• Answer telephone calls and respond to patient enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
• Provide patients with information and guidance regarding clinic procedures, appointments, and administrative matters.
• Assist in obtaining patient medical histories and insurance approvals where required.
• Prepare, maintain, and update patient records, medical charts, and related documentation.
• Coordinate and arrange prescribed laboratory tests and follow-up appointments.
• Process and verify patient billing information and maintain accurate financial records.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of medical supplies and clinic consumables.
• Ensure the cleanliness, organisation, and proper functioning of clinic facilities and equipment.
• Coordinate equipment servicing, maintenance, and repairs when necessary.
• Assist healthcare professionals with routine clinical procedures, in accordance with training and competency requirements.
• Provide support in supervising interns, trainees, volunteers, or student assistants when required.
• Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned by the clinic management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Rawang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Clinical Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• Mandarin and/or English (Preferred)
