6Kings has supplied and supported manpower and cleaning services since 2019, serving industries including cleaning companies, Changi Airport Terminals 1 & 3, hotels, restaurants, F&B departments, and shopping malls.
Job Summary
Aa a Manager oversees daily businessactivities to ensure efficiency, productivity, and profitability. They optimizeworkflows, manage budgets, lead teams, and implement strategic improvements toachieve organizational goals.
Responsibilities
Analyze operational processes to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements that increase productivity, reduce waste, and lower costs
Coordinate cross-functional teams daily to ensure resources are allocated effectively to meet operational objectives
Manage departmental budgets by reviewing financial reports and aligning expenditures with revenue targets
Recruit, train, and mentor staff while collaborating with HR to address skill gaps and maintain employee motivation
Develop, track, and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate business performance and inform stakeholders
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, safety regulations, and industry standards in all operations
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field
3–5 years of progressive managerial or supervisory experience demonstrating success in operations or logistics
6Kings have been in the industries supplying and assisting and providing other organizations in their manpower manning and cleaning since 2019.
Supporting various industries and departments such as;
Cleaning Companies
Changi Airport Terminal 1 and Terminal 3
Stewarding in Hotels
Housekeeping in Hotel
Restaurant

Banquet staffs
F&B Department in hotels
Distance Ambassador for shopping mall and hotel
