Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketer role based in Singapore. The Marketer will plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote How I Care’s tools and programs, including managing online and offline channels. Daily responsibilities include developing campaign concepts, creating and coordinating marketing content, tracking performance metrics, and optimizing outreach strategies. The role involves collaborating closely with program designers and facilitators to ensure messaging aligns with the organization’s mission and resonates with target audiences. The Marketer will also support event promotion, partnerships, and community engagement activities to increase brand awareness and participation.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in developing and executing marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels, including campaign planning and performance analysis.
• Ability to create clear, engaging marketing content and materials, with solid writing, editing, and visual communication capabilities.
• Experience with social media management, email marketing, and basic analytics tools to monitor and improve campaign effectiveness.
• Demonstrated collaboration skills, including working cross-functionally with program and operations teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Relevant academic background in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Interest in personal development, education, or coaching sectors, and alignment with How I Care’s focus on self-awareness and social awareness.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
