We are seeking Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for:


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
  • Proactively source and identify potential candidates by utilizing online platforms, professional networks, and industry connections.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure alignment with job requirements and cultural fit.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and collaborate on creating job descriptions, candidate profiles, and interview processes.
  • Contribute to building and maintaining a positive employer brand through engaging content, networking events, and partnerships.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs.
  • Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities as specified when required by the management


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in Human Resources or Recruitment is required.
  • Regional hiring experience across multiple countries is required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Mandarin speaker will be added advantage.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Experience in a startup environment would be advantageous.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
