What You'll Do:

• Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes.
• Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
• Develop process models and documentation.
• Participate in the design and implementation of new processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and objectives.
• Propose and implement solutions to fix broken processes and eliminate inefficiencies.
• Identify opportunities for automating tasks and processes.
• Optimize the use of tools and technologies to enhance process efficiency.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of SOPs for key business processes.
• Ensure compliance with established procedures and standards.

Role Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in business process analysis, process improvement, or a related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in process modelling and analysis tools (e.g., BPMN, Visio).
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Problem-Solving: Proactively identify issues and develop effective solutions.
• Communication: Clearly convey information and ideas to individuals and groups.
• Collaboration: Work effectively with others to achieve common goals.
• Adaptability: Adjust to changing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
