Job Responsibilities:

• Follow up with existing customers to encourage repeat orders.
• Monitor customer order frequency and re-engage inactive customers.
• Maintain good relationships with existing customers.
• Promote new products, upselling and bulk orders.
• Identify customer concerns and work with the relevant teams to resolve issues.
• Identify opportunities to increase customer sales and retention.
• Work closely with Sales and Customer Service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor customer retention and sales performance.

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
