Music Partnerships Manager


An established global technology company is looking for a Music Partnerships & Insights Manager to support relationships with music-industry partners across Asia-Pacific and selected international markets.


This is a 1 YEAR Contract Position based in Singapore subject to extension or conversion to full-time based on performance and business needs


Responsibilities

  • Support the strategic management of music-label and industry partnerships.
  • Analyze partner, campaign and product-performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Turn dashboard insights into clear reports, forecasts and recommendations.
  • Help partners understand and adopt new digital products and features.
  • Support partner education, business reviews, product consultations and relationship-development activities.
  • Coordinate internal support for partner account, content-delivery, verification or access issues.
  • Work with partnership, business-development, product and operations teams to resolve escalations.
  • Conduct market research and monitor artist and label campaigns across competing platforms.
  • Summarixe important APAC music, marketing and competitive trends for the wider team.
  • Maintain accurate partner information and prepare educational materials for new products and features.
  • Identify process improvements that allow partner education and support to be delivered more efficiently.


Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience within technology, social media, digital entertainment or digital marketing.
  • Experience in data analysis, reporting or forecasting.
  • Ability to interpret dashboard data and turn findings into a clear business narrative.
  • Experience supporting or managing external business partners or accounts.
  • Strong market-research and competitive-analysis capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of problems.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder-management and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage competing projects and priorities.
  • Experience working across multiple teams within a complex organization.
  • Knowledge of the APAC entertainment and media ecosystem would be preferred.
  • Experience working with record labels or other music-industry partners would be highly advantageous.
  • Korean, Thai or Bahasa language capabilities would be beneficial but are not required due to market coverage.
  • Experience using AI or automation to support analysis and reporting would be advantageous.
  • A bachelor’s degree would be preferred.
