The Opportunity

Adecco is partnering with an international premium retail brand in Singapore to hire a Store Operations Executive.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys coordinating across different stakeholders. You will play a key role in supporting the smooth daily operations of the Singapore boutique while working closely with the regional headquarters.

The Job

• Support the day-to-day operations and administration of the boutique to ensure smooth store operations
• Act as a key liaison between the Singapore retail team and regional headquarters on operational matters, guidelines, and brand updates
• Coordinate with internal departments, landlords, vendors, and external partners on store-related matters
• Support facilities management, including store maintenance, repairs, operational supplies, and other requirements
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports covering sales performance, inventory, footfall, and other operational data
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock allocation, transfers, returns, and monthly stock counts
• Investigate operational and inventory discrepancies and provide timely updates and proposed solutions to management
• Consolidate customer and store feedback to identify opportunities for operational improvement
• Conduct market surveys and monitor local retail and competitor activities
• Support ad hoc retail projects including new store openings, renovations, pop-ups, and other operational initiatives
• Coordinate with relevant local authorities when required and support the boutique in maintaining compliance with local regulations

The Talent

• Diploma or above in Business Administration or a related discipline
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail operations, store administration, or a similar coordination role
• Experience within premium, luxury, fashion, or lifestyle retail will be an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Proactive and resourceful with good problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders
