Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end purchasing and procurement activities.
Source suppliers, obtain RFQs, and negotiate pricing.
Execute MRP-based purchasing and manage POs.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
Monitor inventory and support production planning.
Liaise with logistics for shipment and customs.
Maintain purchasing documentation and vendor records.
Perform BOM analysis and support cost reduction initiatives.
Prepare procurement reports and handle ad hoc duties.
Job Requirements
Preferably with 1-2 years’ experience in supply chain, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Meticulous approach is required
Good interpersonal and communication skills
