Position

This internship is part of the "PIONEERS" Louis Vuitton Internship program, reflecting our commitment to fostering Next Gen talent.

We are looking for an intern to partner with the High-End Manager to maximize business opportunities and drive collaboration between retail and merchandising teams. In the process, you will be able to build an understanding of cross-functional partnerships between product and retail and cultivate the expertise and product knowledge of Experts across the zone.

Job responsibilities

• Manage and update the weekly tracker for pending High Watch & High Jewelry (HWHJ) files and invoicing timelines.
• Coordinate and follow up on pending shipments with stores and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Consolidate sales data and maintain performance trackers following local caravans, regional, and international events.
• Prepare and update presentation materials for Country and Central business review meetings.
• Leverage Power BI tools to compile reports, analyse business data, and generate business insights for the HWHJ business.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the HWHJ team on ongoing projects and ad hoc assignments as required.

Profile

We are looking for a candidate who is exploring a career in this industry, has a keen interest in fashion, and is proactive and eager to learn. He/she must have a good knowledge of Microsoft office (especially Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint) as he/she will assist in presentation slides and data reporting. Interpersonal skills are required as he/she will be given the opportunity to liaise with cross-functional departments in this dynamic organization, including retail stores.

• Start Date: Internship starting in January - June 2027 for 6 months.
• Location: Louis Vuitton Singapore, Ngee Ann City Office.
