Job Description

Responsibilities

The Position:
We are looking for a highly capable IT Operations Engineer to ensure the stability, performance, and daily maintenance of our systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Java and database management, with the ability to respond quickly to system anomalies and resolve complex technical issues.



The Responsibilities of the Role:
  • Be responsible for the daily operation and maintenance, problem troubleshooting, performance monitoring, and stability guarantee of the system (which is developed based on Java/Python/JavaScript/Vue, with Oracle/MySQL/PostgreSQL databases).
  • Conduct fault analysis, problem identification, and emergency handling.
  • Promptly respond to online anomalies and facilitate their resolution to maintain operational continuity.

The Requirement for the Role:
  • Familiar with the Java technology framework, possessing a solid programming foundation.
  • Understand common design patterns and mainstream middleware.
  • Capable of reading Java code and identifying application issues.
  • Proficient in at least one major database (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle).
  • Capable of performing SQL optimization, index design, data management, and handling large data volumes.
  • Familiar with automated deployment, log analysis, and monitoring systems.
  • Candidates with AI experience will be given priority consideration.
  • Possess strong communication and collaboration skills, self-motivation, and a deep sense of responsibility.
  • Demonstrate strong learning ability to quickly adapt to business needs and technological iterations.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (Read, Write and Speak).
