Key responsibilities in your new role
- Provide support for upcoming Learning & Development (L&D) programs and initiatives managed by the HR Talent Development (TD) team in Malaysia, while developing knowledge and competencies through meaningful internship learning experiences.
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Bachelor Degree of Human Resource/ Business or other related fields.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of AI tools and technologies will be an added advantage.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and manage tasks effectively.
