You will be joining an established financial services organisation located in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur. The company is expanding its Japanese business portfolio and is looking for a Japanese-speaking professional to strengthen its customer relationships and support further business growth.

Your new role

As a Marketing Executive within the Japanese Business team, you will manage relationships with Japanese customers based in Malaysia while supporting the expansion of the company’s clientele base.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing Japanese customer accounts across various business segments
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Japanese clients
• Identifying and approaching prospective customers
• Developing marketing strategies to increase business volume
• Preparing business proposals for clients
• Updating customers on new products and services

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this position, you should have:

• Native-level Japanese proficiency
• Good communication skills in both Japanese and English
• A strong interest in marketing, business development and client relationship management
• A proactive, customer-focused and commercially minded approach
• Fresh graduates and junior candidates are encouraged to apply
