Working Days:
5.5 days per week
Weekday:
Monday–Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm
Weekend:
Rotating Saturday or Sunday, 9:00am–1:00pm

Job Responsibilities
Manage corporate accounts and handle
customer enquiries, feedback, complaints and conflict resolution
.
Handle walk-in customers, phone calls and emails regarding
course registration, enrolment, cancellations, examination results, certificates and cards
.
Manage training administration, including
course registration, document verification, enrolment and payment follow-ups
.
Maintain accurate hard-copy and electronic records and coordinate with Finance on outstanding payments.
Liaise with internal departments and ensure proper handover while complying with relevant regulatory and company requirements.
Job Requirements
Minimum
GCE O-Level or Higher Nitec
in any discipline; training/education or contact centre experience is advantageous.
Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle different customer situations professionally.
Highly organised, independent and detail-oriented, with good follow-up skills and the ability to manage multiple enquiries in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to work
Monday–Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm
, plus a rotating
Saturday or Sunday, 9:00am–1:00pm
each week.
