About The Job
- Lead and drive the sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets and performance KPIs.
- Oversee the planning and execution of property launches, previews, marketing events, and roadshows.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support pricing strategies and promotional activities.
- Plan and coordinate integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and on-ground platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project, legal, credit, and finance to streamline sales operations.
- Maintain and update a comprehensive buyer database; prepare regular sales performance reports and forecasts.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Studies, or a related field
- A minimum of 7 years of experience specifically within property development industry.
- Demonstrate success in previous roles, specifically in achieving high-value sales targets.
