Conduct site visits, site measurements and site surveys before design development.

Prepare space planning and layout plans based on project requirements and actual site conditions.

Develop interior design concepts and translate ideas into practical design solutions.

Produce 3D perspectives / renderings for design presentation and visualisation.

Prepare technical drawings, construction drawings and detailed drawings for renovation works.

Prepare detailed drawings for carpentry, feature walls, ceilings, built-in furniture and customised design elements.

Select and propose suitable materials, colours, finishes and design details according to the project concept and budget.

Revise drawings and designs based on client requirements and site conditions.

Coordinate with contractors, carpenters and suppliers when clarification on drawings or design details is required.

Conduct occasional site inspections and basic site coordination to ensure works are carried out according to the approved design and drawings.

Identify design-related issues on site and provide practical solutions when necessary.

Assist in checking workmanship, dimensions, materials and design details during project implementation.

Diploma / Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or related field.

Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp / 3D software and rendering software.

Able to independently prepare layout plans, 3D visuals and detailed construction drawings.

Good understanding of interior materials, carpentry details and renovation works.

Able to take accurate site measurements and translate them into drawings.

Responsible, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Willing to travel to project sites when required.

Relevant interior design experience is preferred.
