Job Description

Responsibilities

You will be part of the team to rive the talent development and management of the Community Care Scholarships, such as engagement of scholars and talents, track and enable their continuous development of the careers in the Community Care sector.


  • Scholarship: Support the talent development and management of the Community Care Scholarships, including the Asian Nursing Scholarship, through the coordination of scholar engagement initiatives, tracking scholars' progress, and facilitating their continuous development in the sector. Present confidently to stakeholders and internal senior management on proposed refinements to talent management or scholarship framework(s), where required.
  • Review and support operational and administrative processes relating to the management of Community Care Scholarships to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support talent attraction efforts through the Community Care Scholarships and participate in publicity initiatives, including career talks and information sessions, in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support Community Care sector branding and publicity efforts for the Community Care Scholarships through engagement and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support programme budget planning, monitoring and utilisation, and provide secretariat support for committees and special projects, where required

Job Requirements


  • Degree in any discipline with 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Possess the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, strong presentation skills and an aptitude in problem solving.
  • Ability to function in a highly dynamic, continuously self-improving organisation
  • Proactive, self-motivated, versatile, and meticulous with a good eye for detail and strong follow-up skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Possesses or starting to use on AI tools to improve efficiency and quality of work (good to have)
