Responsibilities:

• Provide quality customer service support via email and phone through ticketing system
• Handle customer inquiries efficiently and escalate issues promptly when required
• Resolve customer problems and claims effectively and promptly
• Promote and recommend new products to existing customers
• Input customer purchase order into system and manage sales orders for customers
• Allocate stock and arrange delivery for customer orders
• Conduct regular meetings with customers to maintain close communication
• Monitor and track customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
• Create monthly reports on customer service activities
• Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or higher in any field
• At least 2 - 3 years of experience in Order Processing & Delivery Arrangement
• Hands-on experience in SAP HANA
