Job Description
Responsibilities
Supervise daily seafood processing and production operations.
Lead and manage production staff to ensure smooth workflow and productivity.
Monitor seafood processing, packaging, and storage to ensure quality and hygiene standards are met.
Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and workplace safety requirements.
Monitor stock, materials, and production schedules.
Identify and resolve production issues promptly.
Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping within the production area.
Prepare production reports and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Relevant experience in seafood processing, food manufacturing, or a related industry is preferred.
Previous supervisory experience is an advantage.
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
