Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with China institutional clients.
• Market and execute equity derivatives, structured products, and cross-asset solutions.
• Monitor market developments and identify clients’ investment and risk management needs.
• Work closely with traders, structurers to deliver client solutions.
• Grow revenues by increasing client activity and expanding existing relationships.
• Ensure all transactions comply with regulatory and internal risk requirements.

The team

You’ll be joining a strong China Cross-Asset franchise based in Hong Kong. We provide a full range of products with global access to primary and secondary markets.

Your skills and experience

• 5-8year experience in Equity Derivatives Sales or Structured Solutions
• Strong understanding of China institutional clients and derivatives products
• Excellent client relationship and strong passion in derivatives business
• Fluency in English and Mandarin
• Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities is a plus
