Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth operations of exhibition, sales booth and new product;

• Support exhibition, sales booth (outdoor);

• Handle general clerical work and provide support to sales team daily operation;

• Handle customer inquiries and follow up duties &

• Support ad hoc duties as and when required.

About you

• Form 5/ DSE. or above, at least 2 years relevant experience;

• Proficiency in computer applications, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint;

• Highly organized and effective communication skills to both external and internal parties, with strong sense of responsibility;

• Multi-tasking, work independently, self-motivated and able to work under pressure &

• Immediate available is preferred.
