JASG Hiring! Full Time Ramp Supervisor Trainee in Hong Kong - Ricebowl

The Ramp Supervisor Trainee Program aims to provide a career starting point for applicants interested in the aviation industry. Over a 4-6 month training, our trainees will work within the ramp operations team while participating in a series of on-the-job and classroom training.

You will meet colleagues and professionals from different teams and learn about various aspects of airport operations. By the end of the program, our trainee supervisors will have a deeper understanding of ramp operations and the company's business, becoming familiar with manpower and project management and preparing to be leaders in our future company.

What Do We Expect from You?

After completing the training program, our trainees will manage their ramp teams and contribute to achieving the company’s goals and business success. Our ultimate goal for you is to hold a management position.

• To supervise a team of Aircraft Loading Agents to load and unload cargo baggage and mail into / from aircraft
• To ensure that all aircraft are loaded according to service standards, handling requirements and safety regulations of the carriers
• To ensure the aircraft is loaded in accordance with the loading report
• To lead and monitor a team of Aircraft Loading Agents to meet the work performance standards

• Form 5 / Form 6 or above
• HK Driving Licence 2/2A
• Good command of written / spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Able to control / supervise subordinates
• Capable of working independently and work under pressure
• Willing to work shifts at the airport
• Applicants with airport-related work experience and short notice is a plus
