Maybank Singapore Hiring! Full Time Assistant Manager, Retail Credit Documentation - Administration (RCDA) in - Ricebowl

Role Purpose

Lead and oversee a team responsible for the end-to-end post-approval, documentation and disbursement processes for retail loans covering both individual and corporate customers.

Responsibilities:-

• Manage end-to-end Post approval process i.e. Letter of Offer/Documentation and transaction processing workflows
• Act as process owner for Digital and STP mortgage process
• Drive process improvement, automation to achieve operational efficiencies
• Manage process controls, governance, risk management and exception handling, ensuring timely resolution of issues and achievement of operational objectives
• Partner with Business, Product, Technology and external stakeholders on enhancing customer experience
• Leverage data, AI and automation tools to improve productivity and manage risk through effective control
• Lead and develop a high-performing operations team.

Requirements

• Degree in Banking, Business, Finance or related discipline
• At least 3 years' relevant experience in either credit documentation, mortgage operations, loan fulfilment or transaction processing, preferably with team management experience
• Experience in process transformation, automation, STP or digital initiatives
• Familiarity with AI tools, Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform or similar digital solutions is an advantage.

• A self-starter with strong ownership and decision-making capabilities
• Able to prioritise effectively, manage multiple workstreams, follow up proactively and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment
• Passionate about digitalisation, automation and AI, with the ability to lead the transition towards DCP and STP-enabled operating models.
