We’re looking for someone who is passionate about people and HR to join us!

You’ll get exposure to Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Employee Engagement, Training, and CSR activities while gaining valuable hands-on experience.

Job Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition

• Coordinate interview arrangements with candidates and hiring managers.
• Conduct reference checks for shortlisted candidates.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.

HR Operations

• Provide administrative support for daily HR operations and activities.
• Manage and maintain HR documentation, including policies, invoices, contracts, personnel files (P-Files), and other compliance-related documents.
• Support the HR team in HR projects and other ad-hoc tasks as required.

Employee Engagement

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of CSR initiatives and employee engagement activities.
• Support the coordination and arrangement of training and development programs.
• Assist in other internal HR activities and events aimed at enhancing employee experience and engagement.

Pay: RM700.00 - RM900.00 per month
