JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a responsible and organised Clerk to support our day-to-day retail and wholesale operations. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of working experience in retail, preferably wholesale retail, and be comfortable handling documentation, sales-related administrative work, inventory records and coordination with customers and suppliers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Handle daily clerical and administrative duties for retail and wholesale operations.

* Prepare and process invoices, sales orders, delivery orders, quotations and other relevant documents.

* Maintain accurate records of sales, purchases, stock and other operational documents.

* Assist with stock checking, stock records and inventory coordination.

* Assist the sales team with customer orders, enquiries and follow-ups.

* Coordinate with suppliers, customers, delivery personnel and internal teams when required.

* Perform data entry and update company records and systems.

* Handle filing and ensure documents are properly organised and maintained.

* Assist with daily outlet / warehouse administrative matters.

* Support the management and operations team with other administrative tasks as assigned.

* Ensure all work is completed accurately and within the required timeframe.

REQUIREMENTS

* Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in retail, preferably in wholesale retail, trading or distribution.

* SPM / Diploma or equivalent qualification.

* Good knowledge of basic clerical and administrative work.

* Comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel and Word.

* Experience with invoicing, stock records, sales orders or inventory systems will be an advantage.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

* Responsible, punctual, organised and detail-oriented.

* Able to work in a fast-paced retail / wholesale environment.

* Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Other languages are an added advantage.
