Job Summary**

Job Responsibilities**
- Perform complex assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of electronic and mechanical components and systems according to established procedures and specifications.
- Operate and monitor various production machinery and equipment, including automated test equipment (ATE), ensuring optimal performance and output.
- Conduct in-process and final quality checks, identify defects, and initiate corrective actions to maintain high product standards.
- Document production activities, test results, and deviations accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with engineers and supervisors to resolve production issues, improve processes, and optimize efficiency.
- Train and mentor junior operators on standard operating procedures and best practices.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Job Qualifications**
- Diploma or Nitec in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in a high-tech industry.
- Proven ability to operate and troubleshoot complex manufacturing equipment and test systems.
- Strong understanding of electronic components, circuits, and mechanical assembly processes.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong commitment to quality.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet production deadlines.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and 5S methodology is a plus.
