Job Title: Project Manager

Salary Range: RM10,000 – RM15,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and oversee construction projects from start to completion.
• Monitor project progress, budget, timeline, quality, and resources.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Manage project schedules, site activities, variations, claims, and contractual matters.
• Identify and resolve project issues, risks, and delays.
• Prepare project progress reports and management updates.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, safety standards, and company policies.
• Lead and manage the project team to achieve project objectives.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
• Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in construction/project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, cost control, and project scheduling.
• Good leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet project deadlines.
• Willing to travel to project sites when required.

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
