We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Junior Executive to support our Talent team in ensuring smooth and efficient daily HR operations.

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Junior Executive to support our Talent team in ensuring smooth and efficient daily HR operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Responsible for end to end payroll processing and benefits administration
- Assist in performance management and employee engagement initiatives
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and support
- Help organize training sessions and HR events
- Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Human Resource Management, other any other Business Field
- Preferably at least 1 year of related working experience
- Exposure to other HR areas such as talent acquisition, employee relations or learning & development is an advantage
- Good communication skills in both spoken and written English
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
