Job Summary

The Process Technical Trainer enables consistent execution of Customer Operations standard work by delivering high-quality, process-focused training. This role translates approved processes, policies, and tools into practical learning experiences that support onboarding, operational readiness, and compliance. The Technical Trainer is execution-focused and partners closely with Enablement Leads and Business Process Analysts to ensure training is accurate, relevant, and impactful.

In this role, you will

• Deliver instructor-led and virtual training for Customer Operations processes, including Quote-to-Order, Order Management, HWS, and SWS processes.
• Support onboarding, refresher training, and readiness activities aligned to business demand.
• Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations, job aids, scenarios, assessments, and trainer guides.
• Validate process understanding through assessments, practice scenarios, and readiness checks.
• Partner with Enablement Leads, BPAs, and stakeholders to ensure technical accuracy and continuous improvement.
• Track training effectiveness, maintain training records, and support audit and authority-readiness needs.

You are a detail-oriented, collaborative trainer who enjoys translating complex processes into clear, practical learning experiences. You are comfortable delivering training across regions, adapting to different audiences, and responding to changing operational needs while maintaining high quality and compliance standards.

For this role, you will need

• Experience delivering technical or process training in instructor-led and virtual environments.
• Strong knowledge of Customer Operations processes or similar operational workflows.
• Ability to create and maintain accurate training materials and assessments.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Comfort using learning platforms, collaboration tools, and basic reporting tools.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience, with 3+ years in process training or related operational roles.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience supporting compliance, audit, or authority-readiness training.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and learning management systems.
• Relevant training or facilitation certifications.
