Job Description

• Develop creative concepts and visual designs for the company's marketing, branding, promotional and digital materials.
• Create engaging and visually appealing social media content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and other relevant channels.
• Design marketing materials including banners, advertisements, promotional graphics, social media posts and other digital and print collaterals.
• Work closely with the Marketing team to develop creative visuals for campaigns, promotions, events and product launches.
• Assist in creating and editing visual content, including basic photo editing and simple digital content where required.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing and promotional materials.
• Prepare and finalise artwork according to the required specifications for digital and print production.
• Estimate the timeline required to complete design projects and coordinate with external vendors where required for artwork production and finalisation.
• Conduct research on current design, social media and market trends to develop fresh and relevant creative ideas.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in graphic design, digital content and visual communication.
• Work closely with the team to ensure creative work is aligned with the company's brand direction and marketing objectives.
• Undertake any other ad hoc creative and design-related tasks as assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Diploma or higher in Graphic Design, Art, Creative Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Possess strong creative flair, visual sense, versatility and originality.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Knowledge of Adobe After Effects or other motion/video editing software will be an added advantage.
• Good understanding of layout, typography, colour, composition and visual design principles.
• Creative, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple design tasks within the required timeline.
• Able to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with the Marketing team.
• Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply.
• Able to read and write Mandarin characters due to the nature of the business.
• Willing to work at Publika, Kuala Lumpur.
