Job Responsibilities
Oversee daily facilities and workplace operations.
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance works.
Liaise with contractors, vendors and building management on maintenance and repair matters.
Attend to facilities-related requests, faults and service issues.
Monitor and follow up on work orders, maintenance schedules and outstanding defects.
Conduct regular inspections of office premises and common areas.
Ensure office facilities, equipment and amenities are properly maintained.
Manage vendor performance and ensure services are delivered according to requirements.
Assist with office renovation, reinstatement and improvement projects when required.
Maintain proper documentation, reports and records for facilities activities.
Monitor inventory of office and facilities supplies.
Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness and compliance with relevant requirements.
Support emergency response and business continuity arrangements.
Handle ad-hoc facilities and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of relevant facilities management or workplace operations experience.
Diploma or relevant qualification in Facilities Management, Building Services, Engineering or related field preferred.
Good knowledge of building maintenance and facilities operations.
Strong coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
Able to manage multiple vendors and tasks independently.
Proactive, organized and service oriented.
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work with staff at all levels.
Candidates with experience managing corporate offices or commercial buildings will have an added advantage.
