Responsibilities
Job Summary:
Basic Salary: Up to $2500
Location: NTU/NIE
Working hours: Monday-Thursday ( 8.30am to 5.45pm ), Friday (8.30am to 5.15pm )
3 Months Contract (Renewable)
Job Responsibilities:
Process supplier invoices, staff reimbursement claims, and other routine finance transactions in a timely and accurate manner
Verify supporting documents and ensure expenses comply with company policies
Assist with data entry, filing, and maintenance of proper financial records
Support the Finance team in day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks
Handle basic finance-related enquiries and follow up on discrepancies when required
Requirements:
Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel (pivot tables & formulas)
SAP experience is an advantage
