WE ARE HIRING: OUTLET MANAGER

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible leader to manage our outlet operations.

Salary: Range RM2,300 - RM3,000 (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage daily outlet operations to ensure smooth performance

Maintain operational standards and ensure compliance with company SOP

Monitor and follow up on outlet defects and maintenance issues (in coordination with appointed technicians)

Ensure all operational matters are resolved promptly and efficiently

Supervise outlet staff and ensure productivity and discipline

Be readily available to support the outlet whenever required, including during off days

Requirements:

Proven experience in outlet or operations management

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

Responsible, proactive and able to work under pressure

Good communication and coordination abilities
