Job Description

A Day in ADF:

• Perform service and maintenance and testing and commissioning works including troubleshooting, repairing, preventive maintenance, test run, and servicing of building automation system includes mechanical and electrical services.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and sketches.
• Drawing up a schedule for regular maintenance.
• Establishes and maintains preventive maintenance programs and work order systems on all equipment and system.
• Keeping records of maintenance and repair costs, incidents, and procedures.
• Develops and maintains documentation system for equipment manuals, schematics, and other appropriate records.
• Initiate continuous improvement projects to achieve operational goals.
• Perform any other job function that may be assigned by superior.

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering(Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
• Required Skill(s): MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD, MS Office, MS Project,AutoCAD.
• Fast learner and able to work independently or with project team.
• Minimum of 2 to 3 year(s) of working experience in the construction, BAS

(Building Automation System) or electrical / electronic field is preferable for this position.
