Wing Shing Engineering (HK) Company Limited Hiring! Full Time Project Manager (Fitting Out) in Hong Kong - Ricebowl

Responsibilities:

• To quote tenders for commercial fit out projects in the short time period.

• To monitor, control and supervise overall site progress, site activities, financial, cost control, quality control, contractual and technical matters for current projects

• Attend regular meetings and liaise with sub-contractors, suppliers and consultants

• Manage project documentation, progress reports, tender documents, site record and filing

• Preferably familiar with fit out final account and VO settlement

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years' relevant experiences in fitting out and A&A works

• Certificate in Building Studies or relevant disciplines

• Proficiently in CAD & MS office applications

• Retail & banking project experience is preferred

• Proficiently in both written & spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin is preferred

• Be strong team player and independent, proactive, high responsibility and detail mind

• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager
