Storekeeper (Raw Materials)

Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and record incoming raw materials

Maintain accurate inventory records for raw materials and export items

Issue raw materials to production as per approved requests

Prepare and verify export-related documentation (packing lists, delivery notes, etc.)

Coordinate with logistics, production, and export teams to ensure timely dispatch

Monitor stock levels and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies

Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials

Conduct regular stock counts and assist in audits

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area

Follow company policies, safety standards, and inventory procedures

Storekeeper (Finished Goods)

Responsibilities:

Receive finished goods from production and verify quantities and quality

Maintain accurate stock records of finished goods

Ensure proper storage, labeling, and stacking of products

Prepare goods for dispatch based on delivery orders

Coordinate with sales, logistics, and dispatch teams

Monitor stock movement and report damages, shortages, or discrepancies

Conduct regular stock counts and assist with inventory audits

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and warehouse standards

Maintain a clean, organized, and secure finished goods store

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
